Newroz Festival 2026 — the programme

On 21 March Newroz returns, the Kurdish new-year celebration. For 2026 we have imagined a three-day festival — from 20 to 22 March — involving the Viale Monza premises and several spaces around the NoLo neighbourhood.

The programme includes: concerts of traditional and contemporary music, a govend dance workshop for beginners, a collective dinner with dishes from Kurdistan, and a round table on democratic confederalism with guests from Italy and the diaspora. All open to everyone, always by free contribution.
